DUES & FEES
Quarterly Dues - Residents of the Villas are required to pay quarterly homes association dues of $500 to our Administrative Company (HAKC) listed below. They will mail out dues notices for residents to return with payments. Please contact HAKC with any dues-related questions.

What your HOA dues cover: The services provided to you, such as trash, recycling, lawn care, shrub trimming, snow removal, painting house trim and more are paid for by your dues.
